About the Team
The People Services team is a newly formed group within Nutanix, located in Belgrade, Serbia, with a mission to provide exceptional support to employees across the Europe region. This team promotes a culture of collaboration, diversity of thought, and engagement, encouraging proactive participation in addressing employee needs and enhancing workplace experiences. The team's focus is on delivering high-quality global support, driving initiatives that support employee engagement, and adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.
You will report to the Hiring Manager, who emphasizes the importance of critical thinking, proactivity, and open communication within the team. This manager fosters a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to ask questions and contribute to ongoing projects. The role operates in a hybrid work setup, with the expectation that team members will be in the office for up to three days a week while also having the flexibility to work remotely.
This role does not require any travel, allowing the candidate to focus on supporting employee inquiries and engaging with the team, all from the hybrid work environment in Belgrade.
Your Role
- Respond to and manage employee support tickets primarily using ServiceNow.
- Provide global support focused on the Europe region, addressing inquiries related to benefits and wellness programs.
- Engage in content management to ensure self-service information is current and accurate.
- Drive projects related to team enablement and program rollouts, collaborating with team members on initiatives.
- Participate actively in team meetings to contribute to global strategy and initiatives.
- Assist with training sessions for new and existing team members to enhance collaborative processes.
- Foster team collaboration and engagement to build strong dynamics within the newly formed team.
- Proactively address and resolve challenges and inquiries while maintaining high proficiency in English communication.
What You Will Bring
- Experience with ServiceNow as a ticketing system
- Preferable experience with Workday
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks
- Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities
- High proficiency in spoken English
- Ability to manage high-volume inquiries efficiently
- Experience in a global support role is a plus
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
